Needing to arrange an early meeting and desirous of a light atmosphere and excellent food, I drew a blank. Indeed, I wasn’t even aware of any restaurants outside of a hotel that open of a morning! The Four Seasons and Norma’s at the Parker Meridien are a wonderful treat, but I find it dissappointing that if ostentation is not the intention, choice is extremely limited and often predicated on the weekend brunch rush.
