Indeed, I wasn&#8217;t even aware of any restaurants outside of a hotel that open of a morning! The Four Seasons and Norma&#8217;s at the Parker Meridien are a wonderful treat, but I find it dissappointing that if ostentation is not the intention, choice is extremely limited and often predicated on the weekend brunch rush. I am nostalgic for London, home of the all-day-breakfast. [...]</description>
